I've been under some 'stupid' ideology that I'm invincible for a long time now. But recently I had a buttload of stress and things I couldn't control but thought I could. This is most of us sometimes in life, we try to do the things that are beyond us and we up broken. It took me a while in the month of March to realize I had to value the little health (mental and physical) I had. I hope we all get to a point where we don't think we're invincible. Get ready when needed, go out for fun when needed. It doesn't always have to be serious mode.... Bless you.

As humans we sometimes forget to love ourselves like we love others. The Bible mentioned that 'love your neighbors as yourself' thus we need to love ourselves before we can love others. Also, forgiveness is a key to enjoying life. Forgive even when people don't ask for forgiveness to help you gain peace of mind.

As the year comes closer and closer to an end, many are the things we can be grateful for. Find a space in your heart to be THANKFUL for the little in your life and it will surprise you the greater things that'll come your way in the new year. The Bible clearly states, "if it hadn't been the Lord on our side, let Israel say" .... But for you and I God has been our defense against the dark arts. He deserves thanks. Honor Him with that.

Don't follow the social media and think you're not up to the mark with the status quo of this world. People don't show the world and us what actually happens behind the scenes but only the great results they've achieved. It's not right, if you wanna show us the greats then show us the imperfections also. Don't just spring up perfect relationships and other great achievements as if nothing happened in the background.

As the year has been "so bad", we tend to forget the little things we have in our lives. Don't be dismayed when things don't go your way, it seems like it's all over but if you're grateful for the little gifts in your life, greater works will be seen in all our endeavors.
