My guest tonight is Mrs. Letitia Wong.

Letitia Wong is a wife and full-time mother to two children.  Her greatest love is Jesus Christ and talking to others about the truth found in believing in Jesus.  Because of that, she is passionate about many things, the first being to understand and articulate why the Christian faith is true as a Christian apologist.  Close behind that is advocating for the human lives that are being lost to what she likes to call "soft murder":  things like abortion and euthanasia.  As a strong pro-life advocate, she is also interested in combatting unethical practices that exploit and abuse people, especially women and children.  Though she has always known that abortion is wrong, it became personal when she found out that she was an abortion survivor.  In 1975, just two years after Roe V. Wade legalized abortion, Letitia's mother was 41 years old when Letitia was conceived--an unplanned pregnancy.  Her doctor advised her to have an abortion.  By God's grace, her mother was a Christian woman and did not believe in killing her unborn child, and Letitia was born later that year.  Letitia became a much stronger pro-life advocate after the birth of her first child in 2001, right before 9/11.

I wish I could tell you Who I Am? But I’m still in the process of figuring that out You know, that magical thing that tells you what I’m about I carry pain from my Mother’s abandonment I carry anger from my Father’s indiffernce I carry doubt from my culture’s Ideals But I am not doubtful of my abilities I’m not angry over the past I’m not riddled with pain over things I can’t change What am I? I’m judged by our men for not giving Into their pressure for sex I’m judged by women for being to thin and not letting In all their drama and mess I’m judged by black people for trying to stress “We can do anything.” But I don’t give in and I have been called a bitch once or twice I might roll my eyes at another sister not caring if she’s nice Black people don’t want to hear what I’ve got to say I’ll amplify the mic In that aspect, I know who I am.

What I don’t know is my place in this world

I know I’m not just another black girl that can’t make it

I don’t want to fake it

I want it to be real

So I can instill lessons in my daughter

That were never taught to me

About looking inside and discovering

“WHO YOU WANT TO BE.”

And letting the entire world see

You picked a destination

It wasn’t without complications

But was reached by pure determination

So, What am I?

A strong black woman who loves words

To think racism could stop me, I find absurd

We need to stop the excuses

And start en-acting verbs

GET a job

BUY a house

TEACH your children

INVEST in your future

CLEAN out our neighborhoods

VOTE our principles

End of year rant.

The daughter of an Army Police Officer and Budget Analyst, Stacy Washington spent the majority of her childhood growing up in Germany. During that time; Stacy traveled to Russia, Spain, Austria, France, England, Holland and the Netherlands, giving her an in depth cosmopolitan view of culture, US foreign policy and the marked differences between a democratic republic and socialism.

After two years at Tennessee State University, Stacy enlisted in the Air Force as a weapons system analyst. During this time, Stacy served on the Eglin Air Force Base Honor Guard. Stacy also served a tour of duty in Saudi Arabia, supporting Operation Desert Shield. Stacy is a fourth generation decorated military veteran. Her time spent in service to this country has strengthened her stance on the 2nd Amendment, and underpins her understanding the effects of limited government on our armed forces.

Stacy is a highly sought after speaker and radio guest, having her conservative opinions shared on stations in 15 states to date. Stacy served as the Executive Director of MoveOnUp.org, during which time she helped to grow member ship, and advanced the pro life message. Stacy has expressed outrage at current energy policy and as a part of that debate has an energy ad running on television in 13 states. See the ad for yourself on the media page!

Stacy and her husband have been married for 15 years.

Stacy has been a dedicated volunteer in her children’s school district; serving on numerous committees and co-chairing many events. Stacy sits on boards of non profit organizations, offering her expertise and fundraising skills to advance their mission. Stacy currently serves as a Director on her local school district’s Board of Education.

Thoughts and Ideas

Our elected and appointed officials work for the people. Our form of government is a Constitutional Republic. Liberty without moral order, God, and individual responsibility will not endure. It is Of, By, and For the People. It is time to demand action and accountability. They have become too arrogant, tools of the vested interests, elitist, intoxicated with power, and they spend money like drunkards. The people want change! I want to reform government. Help me to transform the Congress to the “Peoples’ House” once again. The just laws of man derive from the natural laws of God. Our rights come from God. They do not come from the Government.

The Payroll Tax Cut Deception

1.  I believe in God

2.  I know that life starts at conception; therefore-- I will defend life from conception until natural death. 

3.  I believe in universal school choice.  America MUST end the practice of condemning poor kids to bad schools on a "take-it-or-leave-it" basis.   This practice is racist and fundamentally un-American. 

4.  I believe in a "Balanced-Budget" amendment. 

5.  I support and believe in the 2nd Amendment.  The civil liberties that we enjoy as Americans were sought at the barrel of a gun.  Without the 2nd Amendment, we would not have our constitution.

6.  I believe in a "Fair-Tax" system. 

7.  I believe in smaller government (lean and mean).  The purpose of government is to secure the blessings of liberty-- not to enslave its people. 

8.  I believe in Black Empowerment.   African Americans need to be able to do for themselves.  They need to embrace education, create wealth, and depend less on government programs.

9.  I believe in a strong, robust national defense;  till that end I will defend our allies and rebuke our enemies.  

10.  I believe in "American Exceptionalism".  We are truly the greatest country the world has ever known.

11.  I believe in you,  the American People-- the most generous and productive people on the planet.
