This is my favorite interview so far!!! Full disclosure, I went to school with Benjie. He is one of the most talented, solid guys, I have ever met. Not to mention, he is still one of the funniest (ladies that was for you ;)  did I mention ...he is single but not desperate. I am always on the look out for y'all. The Bay Area's very own Benjie Ross is a Muti-platinum Writer, Producer, and Artist and the CEO of BSR Music Group.  Benjie has written and produced for some of our favorites... M.C Hammer, Tony!Toni! Tone!,  and D.R.S just to name a few. In his newest single, featuring Todd Brown,  Benjie is debuting his directorial skills.

Ari is not a bad choice, if you are looking for a sperm donation option. 6'2, empathetic, smart, nice will allow you to make all the decisions, and FREE. Is he perfect, NO but he is harmless. Ari really should write book. He has so many stories and experiences with the women and couples he has helped over the years. Have you ever wondered what really happened or what caused the breakup of
Tony, Toni, Tone?  I did!  Elijah Baker, one of the original members and co-founders of Tony, Toni, Tone has answered this question in this documentary.  Amar Khalil  adds to the conversation by explaining how, he came to step in for Raphael Saadiq for 20 years and how it came to an abrupt end.  The documentary is sooo good!!!! This interview was one not to miss. Elijah Baker, Amar Khalil, and Jubu have formed a new group 3TOB w/neo-soul vibe.  After watching the doc, you can draw your own conclusions.

**some wifi and audio issues but it worked itself out. Interview was too good to stop. I never knew Amar's story with the Toni's. I did have a conversation with Amar early in the conversation. Elijah is a great storyteller and  seems to be fighting for not just himself, Amar and Jubu as well.

I am NOT a doctor but I do care and love you. Lately, I have come across too many stories of young people choosing to take their own lives. These stories make me so sad. Sometimes you need a storm to appreciate the sun. it is coming! Maybe not overnight but it is coming. My plea for you to keep going is from a mother, family member, or friend.

 Please share, if you think this  will encourage anyone in need to keep pushing onward, even when it feels hardest and they don't see a way out. My goal always for this podcast is fun and light but today, something else moved me. Next week, we are back to back to fun but this week, I had some stuff to get off my chest. I love you guys!!!!!

Brandi and Laz agreed to answer all my questions about their unconventional lifestyle. I found them to be very open and honest about how they are living and the roll of Domestic Discipline in their marriage. While this would not be my lifestyle choice, it seems to work for them.
