Glenn reviews the ins and outs of the court hearing and discusses why Judge Chutkan may have settled on a March 2024 trial date for Trump's DC case. Then, Rolling Stone reported that, "Jack Smith's Team Grilled Witnesses About Rudy Giuliani's Drinking." Giuliani's intoxication may actually be relevant to one of Donald Trump's possible defense tactics to the criminal charges for his attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election: an "advice of counsel" defense. Glenn discusses why prosecutors often investigate matters of intoxication vis-a-vis with defendants, witnesses, and, yes, attorneys.
