Meanwhile, we must never forget the proud legacy that President Trump has left behind. He did more to protect the sanctity of life than any president in our history. He did more to protect religious liberty than any president since the Founders. He did more to protect the Constitution through his judicial appointments than any president before him. He protected American sovereignty by securing our southern border. He led an astounding economic recovery that provided more jobs for more Americans of all races than any president before him. He led us to energy independence and restored America to its place as the greatest force for good on planet earth. Mr. President, I thank God for you.
