PREVIOUSLY (9/26/25): "COMEY INDICTED! Democrats Lose Their Minds! HIJINKS ENSUE!" https://youtube.com/live/XT_iOWKZjU8
Last month former FBI Director James Comey was indicted for perjury and obstruction, and is looking at years in a federal penitentiary if convicted.
There remains much legal argument about whether the prosecutor assigned to the case was lawfully appointed before the statute of limitations on Comey’s purported crimes had expired. It’s possible that Comey could escape conviction on such procedural grounds.
What even Comey’s defenders seem unable to contest, however, is that substance of the allegations against him—and yesterday Trump released the receipts showing Comey to have been hip-deep in treason against the United States in his role in the insurrectionist conspiracy to overthrow Trump as America’s 45th president.
These receipts were exposed yesterday in the Trump administration’s court filing arguing against Comey’s efforts to have his case dismissed on procedural grounds.
