By a 4-3 vote, a Democrat dominated Colorado Supreme Court removed Donald Trump from the ballot in that state for being guilty of "insurrection" against the United States. This is the first time a clause of the 14th Amendment has ever been applied. Is it warranted? And is this just the start?
