President Trump has imposed tariffs on imports from a lot of countries around the world - but for some reason has singled out Heard and McDonald Islands as a separate place to Australia on the list of "countries" affected. Who lives there? No one. Except penguins.So, what is a tariff? What is protectionism? And how will this affect the local penguin economy?
