Welcome back to Queer PoliFaith! We are beginning the second half of the fourth season of the show.
I decided that the fall of every season will be about Supreme Court cases. This year, there were too many cases to devote an episode to each case. So each week, I will look at one case in depth and then one or two other cases at a very high level. The case named in the title each week will be the main case and at the beginning of each episode I will let you know which other cases we will be looking at.
This week, we will focus on Trump v. Casas, the case where the Supreme Court severely limited how universal injunctions can be used. We will also look at AJT v. Osseo Area Schools and Ames v. Ohio Department of Youth Services.
In our next episode on August 15, we will look at the case Mahmoud v. Taylor.
