As Christ followers it's all about allowing Christ defining things for  us, which means we need to let go of the word's definitions.  

Joy in 1 Chronicles 16:27 has the Greek word chedvah.  It's a noun. Joy is a tangible presence as a result of being in the Lord's presence.  Defining True Joy with the Lord!
