His team never got to present their arguments in a court of law.  Now a judge in Michigan, by actually allowing evidence of fraud to be presented in his court, has validated Trump’s complaints about the tool of choice for election cheaters: mail-in-ballots. Jocelyn Benson, the Michigan Secretary of State, virtually eliminated the signature matching requirement for absentee ballots. This was in violation of state law and the Constitution. Judge Christopher Murray ruled that she committed a crime by eviscerating the matching signature standard on her own authority. Did Democrats cheat to win in 2020? To the objective observer, the answer yes, yes they did.
