After the opening bell, the stock market fell sharply following President Trump’s announcement on “reciprocal” tariffs Wednesday. Included in the new tariffs is a 10% baseline tariff on all imports. It’s unclear what the full impact of the tariffs may be, but some financial analysts worry the measures could drive up consumer prices and strain global trade relationships. Gregory Stoller, professor at Boston University’s School of Business joined us.
