By day, Alex Vailas is a multi-faceted content and production creative who over the course of her career has driven vision, storytelling, and positive business results for top brands across multiple industries including Home Depot, Target, Airstream, and others. Recently, she became the Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing for DYPER - a sustainable, compostable diaper company.

She is also a single mother of two children, Elle and Levi, and a passionate advocate for the mental wellness space. She has an unwavering desire for women to know their worth and has committed her life to helping women struggle less in the wilderness by sharing her own journey of survival and purposefully pioneering more opportunities for women in the professional world of marketing and brand leadership.
