2/22/2022 was a day of significance in ethers where everything was aligned and there was a really strong energy of full cycles coming to an end.

In this next episode, I tell of my story of my original root chakra bowl; one that drove major fear into my body the first time I ever experienced sound healing, breaking on this exact day. It was a moment of my full cycle coming to an end, a cycle of healing my ego dominating me when I am no longer grounded. There is a common misconception with being vulnerable and feeling exposed. Vulnerability is all under a controlled circumstance verse being exposed is really someone else's narrative without your control.

In this episode, I give a hot take on what it truly means to be vulnerable and how it can be advantageous to be vulnerable with yourself, your partner or audience.  There is a difference between being vulnerable and being exposed, even when they go hand in hand, and I explain it all inside of this episode. In this episode, I want to bring you behind the scenes to how I got you to this point of my journey. While preparing for a modeling job for a Winnebago RV national campaign, I found an old journal of mine that shares some real insight to where I was mentally in my life just a short time ago. From doing free work, to building relationships along with working on my deep inner demons, I did a lot of inner and shadow work to really get to the point where I am today.

As we are nearing the end of the 2021, it is time to look back and reflect a little bit.

I looked back on my photos for this entire year to look at the biggest moments that have happened throughout the year. In this episode, I discuss about my past year, the ups and the downs and the intentions that were set from the beginning. Each and every year, I set intentions and specific words for me to set up for the year and wow was this year something special.
 
Words for 2021 for me: Expansion, Joy & Activation

Expansion: This really became quite the audacious word of the year for me. Let this be your warning, it will make you feel uncomfortable.

Joy: This has given me the opportunity to be unattached to actual outcomes and to relish in the idea of being more authentic in my truth.

Activation: All of these different ideas I had, had no action involved. I know I needed to really take action and to hold myself accountable.

It’s a time of year for celebration. So many events, people to see, reasons to celebrate and rejoice. 

But I have a difficult time celebrating and feel very uncomfortable celebrating myself. In this episode, I speak of my reasons of how and why it’s difficult for me to celebrate. From my childhood trauma, to adulthood trauma and events that happened, there came up this wall and for all reasons that I should not celebrate.

But when you can reflect, and look back at what your year has brought, there can be many reasons on why to celebrate. And in this episode, I explain on the importance of celebrating the big and the small wins in your life.
