In this episode, I bring on a guest, Dr. John Hickey, to discuss his journey and beliefs around alignment. Do you think you have truly been off the beaten path or could it just be a moment when you are stepping off the side?

Going through your journey to alignment is such a fluid and ongoing lifelong process. Many of us question how to get ourselves in alignment and what really is alignment in itself.

In this episode, I have on as a guest a great and aligned friend of mine, Steven Jagger.  Steven's purpose in life is to help people feel strong in their body and re-pattern their mind, liberating them so they may live a life of purpose and passion. He believes there's an exact correlation between our physical vitality and mental health. If we want to improve the quality of our lives we MUST address both. A major message brought on is, don't be afraid to root down. To be grounded and accept what I have. It's a difficult thing for me to grasp, for me to be grounded and rooted to my current situation. But with this, and listening in, I know the abundance will be coming and big things will occur with it.

On this episode on the Journey to Alignment podcast, I explore my journey through sound healing, from participating in my first session to providing sound healing as a service through several avenues. A single sound bath session changed my life; I experienced something profound, something I’d never experienced before. As I began my healing journey, purchasing each crystal bowl individually, I healed each aligned chakra, and my body and soul entered a state of true embodiment.
