Who is Jim?
Jim is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Zai Lab, where he drives the design of the global biopharmaceutical company’s sustainability vision and strategy.
Jim is also the author of the forthcoming book "Trust in Action" on the role of trust in tackling society’s biggest challenges and how leaders can cultivate it. Jim offers a unique perspective on how trust forms the foundation for getting things done in an increasingly polarized society.
Jim is a longtime advocate and developer of diverse and inclusive organizational cultures that deliver results for customers, employees, supply chains, communities, and investors.
A frequent keynote speaker on topics including DE&I, sustainability, and trust, Jim was named one of Compliance Week Magazine’s Top Minds in 2019.
