On a more uplifting note, I start off this podcast by sharing some valueable experiences I made with a trust-building exercise. Also, I have made some great progress with starting my day right which makes me a happier human. Before things had a chance to get too positive in this episode, I crush all cheerful sentiments by offering my perspective on Afghanistan and where I believe I stand in the world.
