Being on crutches taught me a lot about how much I take a working body for granted. I go down that rabbit hole a little bit and also touch on how body images in popular culture may prevent us from appreciating our precious meat vehicles.

On a more uplifting note, I start off this podcast by sharing some valueable experiences I made with a trust-building exercise. Also, I have made some great progress with starting my day right which makes me a happier human.
