Heartbreak is one major feeling most of us pass through at some point in our lives. The thought of rejection or something you thought was so beautiful ending can be really difficult to handle. In this engaging episode, we asked people to share their heartbreaking stories and boy did we get a lot.

So many of us, while working 9 to 5s, deal with the pressure of starting and owning a business because other people have one, and they seem successful. As a result, we struggle with the possibility of failure, dealing with clients, finances and so much more. In this episode, we talk about these struggles, and how we face them.

One of the hardest things to do is let go of someone who has hurt you. At some point in our lives, we've all had to handle pain, whether big or small. But when it's all said and done, it's healthy to just let go and understand that forgiveness is a good selfish thing, because, at the end of the day, it's really not for the person who hurt you but for yourself and your sanity.

Trust me I've tried is a safe and open space created for us to rant and talk about our struggles. Be it weight loss, skin care, heartbreak or job struggles, there's something we all can relate to. Here it's ok to rant and complain, but we find ways to push ourselves to move past our problems and not dwell on them.
