Ben Patrick aka Knees Over Toes Guy is the creator and owner of the Athletic Truth Group and the Knee Ability Program. He has had one of the most profound athletic transformations ever, going from chronic knee pain and a 19-inch vertical to a 42-inch vertical and growing. After being chewed up and spit out by a medical industry that did not have the solutions Ben’s body needed, Ben has made it his life’s purpose to figure out how to bulletproof the body against pain and injury, and share this knowledge with folks suffering from chronic knee pain to professional athletes looking to improve their game.

Who are the Eskimo sisters? Well, it’s Kendall James and Lily Drew who are writers, actors, and producers. Kendall and Lily started out with raunchy comedy sketches, usually about female reproductive health and one night stands. However, the Eskimo sisters have grown to be much more than edgy comedy sketches.
The Eskimo sisters have a TV pilot called “Love not Likes”, they’ve written a script with the legend Nicolas Cage, and just booked a movie deal. The Eskimo sisters are also launching a podcast called Do It For The Story. In this interview, we explore how Kendall and Lily are gaining credibility in Hollywood, their writing process, how they continue to evolve the Eskimo sisters brand.
Lily and Kendall have an abundance of determination that’s going to take them far. They certainly walk the walk and the Eskimo Sisters are bound to take off.

Mike Ecker is the designer and creative brain behind the Ecker Design Company. As the lead creative, he has effectively collaborated with a robust set of clients, meeting a wide range of challenges in order to bring their marketing goals to life.
For as long as he can remember, Mike has enjoyed making things with his hands. While working as an in-house Graphic Designer and Art Director in New York City, he rekindled his passion for design when he started introducing hand-drawn elements into his work. He spent his time outside of his 9-5 job practicing, reading, and studying the art. Reinventing his style of design allowed him to branch out on his own and start Ecker Design Company in 2016.
Outside of design, he enjoys camping, hiking, craft beer, biking, surfing, baseball, skateboarding, dogs, trail running, and guitar. He is also a huge Baltimore Orioles and Ravens fan.
