Happy Thursday Worthiness Warriors! Hello from Joshua Tree, CA! It took a few days for Joshua Tree to steal my heart, but it's such a magical feeling place. I am holding my first retreat in Joshua Tree in just a few weeks, and I am so excited.

There is a whole bunch of people who have realized that goal-setting is no longer working for them. We've been taught that goal setting means that you'll have success, it means you're a hard worker. And that is completely untrue. Goals do not make you successful, you do.
