  • #016 - 2X Ink Master Champion, DJ Tambe
In this episode, I get real with DJ Tambe. For those who don't know DJ, DJ was on Paramount Television's Ink Master and the only contestant to win multiple times and he did it back to back seasons!
I wanted to bring DJ on the show because of his story, like myself, DJ has overcome addiction. We often just see and hear about the positive moments in people's lives and how they are successful. But, what we don't get to hear the tough moments, those moments that we often can relate to.
Part of trusting the process is knowing when you have to make a change and being brave enough to take action to make a change.
Remember this; at the end of the day, we all have problems and we all have inner demons. Stop comparing yourself to others, be you, be true, and surround yourself with like-minded positive people who have your back and will support you!

In William's path to success, he showed that being in the right place at the right time with a little bit of luck, can go a long ways. But, how many of us actually put ourselves in a position where we CAN be lucky? The first step to getting lucky and being in the right place is creating that opportunity for yourself.
