In this episode, Arnold and Grey explore how they second guess themselves & self-trust can be such a trial. You know you CAN trust her to show up – but that fall on 106 & Park makes you second-guess her ability to get it together.  Arnold discusses how growing up in a family where issues were never addressed makes him LOSE HIS BREATH when trying to trust his emotions. Grey goes into how constantly being reminded of his mistakes by his family now makes him second guess his own decisions and act like a BUG-A-BOO with himself. Together, the two realize that sometimes you become your own SOLDIER and not be afraid to stand up for yourself.
