[EPISODE #04]
Intuition. Gut instincts.
I’m so passionate about this topic because we were all born with a natural ability to sense when something isn’t right. The seconds we have of rapid judgment with; emotions, personality, and intentions toward others.
It’s the gut feeling you have when you first meet someone.
It's the gut feeling you have when you’re walking down the street and someone is coming directly for you.
It’s the feeling you have when you are standing in line at the gas station and someone walks through the door.
It’s literally the seconds that we have to recognize if we are in danger or not.
It’s when the fight-or-flight instinct kicks in and unfortunately, we tend to ignore it, and not listen for fear of being judged for being unkind, and non-compassionate to others.
We all have that connection to our body and to the energy around us, we just need to listen and tune in to the messages that we are getting in the wild (socially) or listen to our gut instincts when it comes to what we are eating, drinking, and putting inside and on our bodies.
The more you tap into your intuition, the more powerful it becomes, and you’ll find yourself noticing it more often.
But how?
Working With Your Body, Not Against It.
In this SOLO session, I am talking about trusting your gut for decision-making skills and also for health issues.
You'll learn why certain “healthy” foods may actually be harmful to you by groundbreaking scientific discoveries that suggest that food sensitivities, allergies, and gut microorganisms strongly influence body weight and overall well-being that sabotage our health and fitness goals.
I guide you on how to rethink your approach to food and leave this session with goals and a plan for intuitive eating and suggestions for at-home testing kits that will give you the black & white answers to your specific food sensitivities and gut health issues.
Let's get you on the path to rid yourself of bloat, anxiety, and depression today!
"Everything changed dramatically. I had higher energy levels, my skin is looking so good. I just felt overall better. Like, my body wasn’t achy, I was less cranky, less irritable, definitely less bloated." Sara
