In life, we believe that we know what is totally and completely best for us. We often fail to go to the Lord and ask Him for direction and when this do not go according to our plans, we become depressed. All this heartache could have been avoided if we went to the Lord first. After all, He is the one who created us, therefore, He knows what is best for us. Instead of believing that we are in control of our own lives, let us first seek wise counsel from the Lord who is ready to guide us down the right path.
