The hardest thing I've discovered, is trusting in your gut. It's so easy to follow along the patterns of survival that have gotten us to where we are in life, but so hard to trust that voice inside us that often times is more correct. Learning to trust in that is so critical to your success in so many areas of your life, and it comes with retraining your mind to listen to your gut instead of what your go to responses are.
