River is baaack!! Michele + River talk about "Trusting the Process." Trust the process" essentially means having faith in the journey of life, even when the destination is unclear or the path seems challenging. It encourages us to believe that things will work out in the end, even if we can't see the full picture right now. To trust the process is to rely that things will work out. You still must put the work in, but it is knowing that the work put in will result in something unique. This is, frankly, a terrifying process to trust in. But it is worth it in the long run.
