Join me as we dissect the professions, products, and trends within the wellness industry. I have made many mistakes and errors of judgment in my own journey as both a consumer and professional in the health and wellness field. I've been a personal trainer, fitness coach, and now am pursuing the dietetics profession. I've also been asked a lot of questions by clients who are just as confused by some of the wild claims as I am! I talk about my own experiences and research in solo-cast episodes and interview some professionals in the industry to paint a truthful picture of what you can expect from them. Through this journey, you will be able to ask the right questions and be a more savvy consumer. Note: NTW will be on pause while I finish up my dietetics degree in the spring of 2022.
