Truth 2 Ponder

Over the past two-plus years, Bob Biermann has worked diligently to ensure accuracy in all the stories and information he shares. Today, Bob opens the program to apologize for a story he shared on Monday’s (10/31/2022) program. A normally reliable source had shared a video of Pfizer’s CEO at the World Economic Forum. Unfortunately, there was a tiny edit in the video being shared that gave the wrong message. Bob corrects the record, then shares some powerful truths that can’t be denied. In addition, today’s program had to be pre-recorded in advance as Bob is having a surgical procedure today (11/1/2022). Keep Bob in your prayers during this time.

It seems the wilder, crazier, increasingly deviant, and reprobate our world becomes, it finds new lows and new ways to destroy us from within. The enemy of your soul and the leaders and rulers of the world don’t even try to hide it anymore. Today, Bob shows us some of the strangeness and lies that are now mainstreamed.

Today, Bob shares a few stories that represent where our nations have declined and where truth has been crushed. We live in a world that is increasingly embracing evil. While that may sound depressing, it does give us the opportunity to be a part of something far greater and eternal. There is hope.

Honesty, integrity, and even truthfulness are increasingly becoming rare and precious commodities in extremely limited supply. From political leaders to news agencies, from corporations to even religious institutions, we are being played and deceived. Today, Bob shares his thoughts and where we find the truth.

Until recent times, the concept of “preferred pronouns” was an unheard-of concept. People were simply men or women. However, much like much of our post-modern and post-Christian age, even biological facts and medical science are obscured. Bob and Guest host Jim Calhoun ponder these and other signs of the time.

Here in the United States, the unrest of January 6, 2021, and the overturning of Roe versus Wade is not the hot-button issues that the Democrats and leftists had hoped to see. In fact, they rank near the bottom of concerns for most likely voters. In response, the Democrats are reinventing themselves into something they truly are not; a party concerned with crime. While it all sounds good, it will not be fixed at the ballot box. Don’t buy more of their lies.

Today, there are a series of very strange narratives that we are being forced to accept or find ourselves socially canceled. First, we must believe in the everchanging doom and gloom climate narrative and submit ourselves to a handful of experts and elites and treat climate change like a religion. Second, we must remove all moral controls and filers, and accept any and all sexual perversion, surgical mutilation, and gender fluidity as normal, or we are considered hateful and evil. These new religions demand obedience, and the government will eventually force you to comply. This perversion is in our public education system and even our once-honorable theological schools and seminaries. Today, Bob exposes the intertwining tenants of this new religion.

Watching the news on TV today is like watching a circus freak show. Each day, we are greeted with some new form of craziness we are told we must believe and accept. In addition, if we don’t embrace the “new thing,” we are told something is wrong with us. God’s Word is unchanging, and His standards are sure. Today, Bob talks about the delusion that is engulfing our world, then shares a message on whom to follow for truth and stability.

All around the world, people of faith keep putting their hopes and futures in the hands of politicians, many of whom are nothing but wolves in sheep’s clothing. We keep voting, and things get better for a short season, then get worse than they were before. Perhaps we put too much trust in our worldly leaders.

The Psalmist, King David, reminds us “Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help. His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish. Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God.” (Psalm 146: 3-5) Today, guest host, Jim Calhoun, explores this concept of trust.
