Guest Evan Burnett shares her story about growing up in Durham. Evan explains that she grew up in the church where her father was a pastor. She shares her perspective of steps people can take to help to have multi-ethnic friendships that carry over into the church.

Chris Combs tells us his story about how he experienced unity and oneness in the arena of sports. Chris played various sports in his youth and had a very successful college and professional football career. He gives us insight into how he seeks to impact his children on the issue of unity and diversity as well has how he has engaged in community service which allowed him to intersect with people from various cultural ethnicities.

Dr. Jamie Lathan tells us about his experience growing up in a black church community in rural South Carolina. He discusses the gaps that prevent us from understanding one another. Dr. Jamie presents ideas to unify black and white believers.

Joyce Robinson shares her story about growing up as a Korean American. She tells about her experiences in her grandfather's Korean Church and then later in life experiencing a multi-ethnic church. She gives a compelling vision of how to become a welcoming body of believers.

Part 2  with Pastor Ricky Harris. He discusses his vision for a multi-ethnic church in North Durham, North Carolina. Ricky shares more about his experience in a multi-cultural church and his hope for Christians to initiate space for life conversations with people who are different than themselves.
