  • The Vision Board Knew, Before I Did

What happens when you stop trying to map out exactly where your life is going, and leave a little space for something you can't yet see or even imagine?

In 2012 I was living a very different life, feeling disconnected from what I wanted, and had absolutely no idea what was coming next.

In this episode of Truth All Out, I share the winding path that brought me here and the incredible women who became pivotal friends, mentors and teachers that landed me where I am today.

There was the vision board that was almost entirely blank, my first experiences with yoga, the impact chakradance and Reiki had on me and the moments my body told me something needed to change.

Through heartbreak, therapy, manifestation, leaving jobs, starting jobs, starting businesses, trusting and taking big risks, there were plenty of moments where I thought I knew what I was creating.

And plenty where life had something completely different in mind.

This is the story of the breadcrumbs, the people, the pain, the pivots, the intuition and the seemingly random moments that brought me to the here and now.

And perhaps the lesson I'm still learning is this:

You don't need to have the whole picture of exactly where you're going

Sometimes you just need to follow what sparks your curiosity, leave some white space, and trust what unfolds.

Because you never know what that tiny piece of the vision might become.

  • When the Only Way Forward Was the Truth

Welcome to the first episode of the Truth All Out podcast.

In this episode, you’ll get to know your host, Tonia Natalia, and hear a little about the journey that led her here — in your ears, and in this conversation.

There came a point in Tonia’s life where she knew the only way forward was to strip everything back.
To stop forcing, stop performing, and create space to reconnect with herself.

In that space, without pressure or expectation, what was truly aligned began to reveal itself.

This episode sets the foundation for what Truth All Out is about. Honesty, self-reflection, and the kind of conversations that can feel uncomfortable at times, but ultimately set you free.
