Excerpt from the book "Exhilarated Life: Discovering Inner Happiness" Since I wrote this chapter in my book Exhilarated Life, it seems that the 5:95 ratio - truth to lies has eroded even further. I'm not even talking about politicians or corporate leaders. Sad to say that for me the liars were no longer strangers but 'trusted' family members. Now, that was a harsh truth. It seems that deceit is a championed way of life at times. But those who know the truth know that what we do to one we do to ourselves.
