In this episode we sit down with Juan Garrido. Juan's diagnosis was at age 19, and he walks us through his commitment to positivity, his approach to fitness and how important it was for him to not hide his diagnosis. Juan is currently Coordinator National programs and services for MS society and the 2016 A&W MS Ambassador, and has been given the opportunity to share his story with others across Canada!
