You ever just get to a space you don't want to be bothered. Like you wake up as they say on the wrong side of the bed. I say is it really the wrong side? Bottom line it's ok NOT to be ok just don't stay in it. Stop feeling guilty in your moment work through it.

You can't grow with people who consistently project negative energy or only want to eat at your table AFTER the work has been done. Learn to shake those that can't celebrate your gifts no matter how big or small.

Silence can bring clarity sometimes providing advice to others be just the thing you need for oneself. You can only be responsible for one person stand in your journey.
