My spirit time got me together last week. I needed to stop worrying and stressing over shit that hasn’t even happened! We can only control what you can control and that is ourselves!

So consistently for the last year I’ve been deconstructing my faith. I been removing the things that I’ve found to be untrue and problematic for ME. I wanted to share what it’s been like, where God and I stand, how I found connection with my ancestors, and how I am taking it one day at a time!

Getting in what have I been doing to me instead of what others have done to me. Yes there is learned behaviors but the truth bomb is I have made choices and decisions out of selfishness or complacency. Time to own and work through it!!

Everyday won’t be sunshine and rainbows. There will be days where it’s getting through the next 15mins. I am strong enough not to lean into the negative and recognize I’m not ok and do what I need to move through 💕
