Pain has always had a bad connotation. It's a reception of an unpleasant stimulus. This episode focuses on what pain is, the benefit of pain and how to maximise it.

In this episode I went deeper into the idea of purpose and how that is distinguished from vision. One major lesson to learn is the fact that purpose is inherently imbibed into the entity while vision is giving either as a choice from the entity or its external factors. The discipline of freedom talks about those limits that are capable of restricting our freedom and giving our lives balance and shape. Freedom is a myth and we can't live it expressly in reality. So, we must bound our lives intentionally by the limits we place to save us from our own destruction.

Freedom means to be boundless, without rules and at no cost. There are lots of meaning and perspective to look into when talking about freedom. This episode brings into light the long held misconception about freedom and how detrimental it is to express that notion in reality.

The popularity of opinions and fact have been the primary source by which most of us govern our behaviour by. Because of how deep the search for truth would need us be, we have looked for easier ways that has led us to all forms of evil.
