We got to sit down with an amazing friend, wife, mom, and overall woman of God who talks about shifting our priorities to healthy living and wholeness for our mind, body, emotions, and soul through fitness and spiritual growth.
We're getting real honest about what it means to pursue holiness (and what it doesn't mean) and how to receive wholeness in our lives, even in the messy mundane lives we lead. This is the start of a new series where we're going to talk about being holy and whole with our minds, souls, and especially, our bodies. Tune in for the launch of what may be one of our most raw and passionate conversations yet!

Being fearlessly authentic as a Black woman in America in 2021 looks different than we can even begin to understand, so we sat down with a good friend, Melinda Watts to chat about how to celebrate Black History Month, what it looks like to overcome Mom-Guilt, and how to harness the truest version of ourselves as we interact with the world around us.

Why, you ask, are we celebrating Black History Month? Tune in to hear our journey and the burden we, as believers, face with racial reconciliation. It matters to God, so it ought to matter to us. We're jumping into this month with setting up some AMAZING special guests to get some of our most raw and uncomfortable questions answered as we seek unity in diversity.

Many in the church refer to February as "Love Month" - the one time a year we dive deep into discussions and teaching on Christ-centered love and dating. We sit down with a good friend and Youtube content creator, Dax Van Der Wal to talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly of the greatest misconceptions of relationships in the Christian Church.
