So today’s episode was about controlling your impulses. Of course you know this is truth In reality, so today I’m just expressing a situation I was put in and how I handled it. We all have times where we need to to control our impulses, and even when you do it can either work or it might not. But here are some tricks and tips to controlling those impulses.
