Human trafficking is a real world issue and it’s all around us. In this episode I will also share my story and how I could’ve easily been a victim of trafficking! It’s literally everywhere and all around us. We have to be careful and vigilant as well as look out for one another.

For some reason saying no seems to be really hard for many of us. Sometimes we believe that by people pleasing we are doing good. When in reality we are causing harm to ourselves and failing to create personal boundaries.
