In our culture, we’re increasingly becoming aware of the importance of mental health. However, when it comes to mental illness, the topic is difficult to speak of at times. Mental illness in teens and young adults is often left out in conversations. There's not enough awareness around it. This week, we talk to two brilliant teens, Seika Brown, Founder of Archnova, a youth organization focusing on improving connections between young people and Archnova's Chief Operating Officer, Natalie Fortes, about mental health and the consequences of an adolescent brain in constant disconnection.
