You may have heard the best way to learn a new language is to immerse yourself in that respective culture.  You want to learn Spanish?  Move to Spain.  Do you want to learn Italian?  Move to Italy.  Polish?  Poland.  

The same is true if you want to change your “normal”.  If you want to create a New Normal, immerse yourself in an environment where the normal behavior is the behavior you desire.
