  • High Flying Bird (Take My Ball and Go)
With the rise of activism in sports and particularly the NBA, the crew get together to discuss Netflix’s High Flying Bird. The movie is almost a documentary in how in relays information regarding the relationship between the players and the league. It focuses on a scouted talent as they navigate being drafted, press and legality of being an NBA prospect. It highlights the power of the players if they were to unify. Shut up and dribble? Cool, I’ll take my ball and build my own court. Enjoy the listen. Le

  • Project Power (Project from the Projects)
In this episode we are covering the Netflix original “Project Power”. Netflix is clearly building a universe and this film will be apart of it, all opinion no facts...so allegedly. That being said this one was an enjoyable and entertaining watch for the crew. Something to watch on family movie night that has a little bit of something for everyone. Parallels can be drawn from America’s history and it’s “war on drugs”. Hope you enjoy the listen.

  • Unhinged (Karen vs Kevin)
This week the guys get together and discuss Unhinged (Wpwpowp). This was the road rage equivalent of Fatal Affair. It’s the kinda movie that’s only enjoyable because it’s so horrible, the best worst movie we have seen this year. Russel Crowe is fat as hell, that has nothing to do it with it just wanna shout out him being fat now. We advocate for this film. There is an amazing and necessary life lesson at the end. Enjoy the listen.

  • Tenet (Duum Zuuuuuu)
The guys get together to discuss the latest Christopher Nolan masterpiece Tenet. This was a great watch and worth venturing out to the movies. I don’t think there’s much to say this was a great movie. You can pretty much guess our score in the first minute. We also added our own sound effects, which I think was pretty amazing. These are the movies that by any measure is a bad movie but we proudly defend. Jay continues to perplex the crew with some of his takes. Enjoy your he listen. • The Old Guard
In this episode the crew reviews one of Netflix’s latest super hero type movies. It seems as through this DSP is trying to create their own marvel universe, and this movie definitely helps. So I guess the new chat room argument will be Marvel vs DC vs Netflix??? Enjoy and let us know what you think.

  • The Last Days of American Crime (A Jay Pick?
When judging a movie by its poster goes horribly wrong. In this episode the crew get together to discuss The Last Days of American Crime. This was a jay pick and it shows. This was just horrible., amazing marketing, but yea horrible. This movie put jay back in jail, so on the bright side he won’t be making selections for a while. That being said, listen to what not to do when making a movie.

  • The King Of Staten Island (White Baby Boy??)
In this episode the crew get together to discuss The King Of Staten Island. Jay makes a hot take out the gate with a Mr. Elastic level comparison, that his hardheaded ass stands by. The movie showcases some MTV2 alumni with the star being Pete Davidson and incorporated some of his real life experience. Take a listen, comment below and let us know if you agree with the Jays take.
