This is EMOM workout.  What is that? Well, it stands for Every Minute on the Minute. This workout features 25 different bodyweight and TRX Suspension Trainer exercises in which you will have to perform a set number of reps within a minute. If you have extra time left after completing the reps, that's your rest. Otherwise there are no rest periods between any of the exercises.
