Round 1 - 4 minutes
Rest - 1 Minute
Round 2 - 4 Minutes (Alternate between the two exercises)
Rest - 1 Minute
Round 3 - 4 Minutes (Alternate between the two exercises)
Rest - 1 Minute
Round 4 - 4 Minutes (Alternate between the two exercises)
Rest - 1 Minute
