In episode 38 (what?! can't believe I'm at 38 episodes!) I share a very handy, simple tool for you to try when you want to drop into your higher self to help guide you on clarity or a decision. It's quick, it's easy, but it does require trust and letting go of doubt!

I also share a channeled message from my Higher Self to share with you all. These are some pretty bumpy times we are living in, we are being asked to step up and into higher awareness perspectives, to live our lives from that space instead of getting sucked into all of the fear and lower vibrational feelings that may be around you at this time!
