All I need is two minutes to prove you are important. Don’t believe me? Watch this week’s podcast.  We (people in general) lack confidence from time to time and question whether or not we are good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, fill-in-the-blank enough.

Even the strongest minded individuals struggle periodically and need reminders of worth, of value, of bada$$-ery-ness. Yes, it’s a word...it’s just not in the dictionary yet. (I digress.)
