When I first got pregnant I wanted to find a way of documenting what I was going through in a diary type form and I landed on creating this podcast!

Before being pregnant you naturally have no idea what it is going to be like and so I wanted to share what it’s like for me, one story, of how I’m navigating it.

Millions of people have had babies before, we wouldn’t be here otherwise, but I hope this podcast will give an insight into what it can be like (and not like) in pregnancy for those who may not know or are going through it too.

I’m very excited/nervous to share this but I’m hopeful it will be useful to at least one of you!
