Well this was supposed to go out almost 2 weeks ago.  Better late than never I guess.  I'm currently trying to get a solid schedule when it comes to creating content and I'm not doing a great job at that.  I also have a messed up back at the moment, so I haven't been able to truly train the past couple of weeks.
