Boston Marathon murderer Dzhokhar Tsarnaev says life behind bars is tough and pleaded with incoming U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland to go easy on him. The bomber has a $250k lawsuit going against the feds and most recently filed a 20-page complaint claiming his constitutional rights are being violated. Tsarnaev claims he is suffering “psychological injury” as well as “emotional distress” while serving time. This complaint comes at a time when Tsarnaev could soon qualify for a COVID relief check if the House passes the $1.9 trillion dollar deal this week. Should inmates, maximum level inmates at that, receive COVID relief?
