• Tesla (TSLA) -
• Analyst and long-time bear in Tesla, Gordon Johnson, issued a research note Tuesday morning which highlighted data from this week which showed weak Tesla sales in China.
• Johnson noted the concerning weekly sales were despite two recent price cuts for Tesla vehicles in China over the last month.
• Best Buy (BBY) -
• Shares were up 9% in pre-market action following better-than-expected quarterly results and an update the company will have bought back about $1 billion in its shares during 2022.

• The stock closed Monday's session down about 5% following a report a group of US Senators called on regulators to review SoFi's crypto activities.
• The company responded and said it believes it has been compliant with the mandates of its bank license and laws.
• TC BioPharm (TCBP) -
• Shares were up 13% Tuesday morning following news the company began dosing in its Phase 2b trial for its acute myeloid leukemia treatment candidate. The stock was one of the most-discussed names in Benzinga Pro's lounge chat Tuesday morning.
• Traders noted the stocks "tiny" float; the issue has around 27 million shares in its float.

• dShares were up 23% on seemingly no news.
